The curriculum is the Pipeline Builder system delivered in a workshop format. The same positioning framework, video architecture, paid distribution system, and AI operations layer that established agents use to build predictable pipelines, taught to your entire agent network in a single session.

Every session includes implementation templates so agents can execute the system immediately rather than waiting until they remember how it works.

Positioning and Pipeline Control

Paid Distribution and Campaign Architecture

A repeatable distribution protocol agents can deploy immediately. Audience construction, creative standards, retargeting logic, and measurement framework, so every campaign is driven by system design rather than guesswork. Agents leave with a working setup, not a slide deck.

Module 03
Video Authority Implementation

The on-camera authority structure that converts expertise into trust signals without requiring high-production videos or scripted performance. Agents learn the specific video types that build pipeline at each stage of the client decision window and how to produce them consistently on a phone.

Module 04
AI Operations Layer

How to use AI as pipeline infrastructure rather than a content machine. The specific applications that protect an agent’s positioning while compressing operational work. Lead response, follow-up sequences, content structuring, and market intelligence synthesis.
