I WHY I DO THIS WORK
I was told to take speaking lessons so my accent disappears and my cold calls would be more successful.
I did not.
ANNETT T. BLOCK MARKET RECOGNITION
_____
I Was Not Supposed to See This Much of the World
as born in East Germany.
I grew up learning what to say, what not to say, who was safe to be seen with, and who wasn’t. Visibility wasn’t something you chased. It was something you managed, carefully, every day, because being noticed by the wrong person could cost you everything. Staying invisible wasn’t a limitation. It was survival. It was the smart move.
When the Wall came down, everything I understood about being seen changed.
I came to South Florida and found something I had never had access to before: a place where visibility wasn’t a risk to calculate. It was an asset to build. For the first time in my life, being known by more people wasn’t dangerous. It was the entire point.
That contrast shaped how I understand real estate. If you grew up being told where you could and could not go, you understand viscerally why it was often best to stay invisible. And you understand, just as viscerally, what it means when that finally stops being true.
That is the problem most agents have, except they’ve never had to earn the right to be seen at all. They could do so much more. They are capable. They are credible. The market just does not know them yet.
The lead isn’t dead. You asked for the conversation before they knew you.
That is what I fix with Be Seen. Be Trusted. Be Chosen.™

Good Agents Are Losing.
Not Because They Are Not Good Enough.
I know what it costs to be invisible when you have no choice in the matter. In 2020, I watched an entire industry find out.
For over a decade, I watched the industry ignore what was right in front of it. The online world was changing how people choose agents, and the industry kept doing it the old way.
Then 2020 arrived. No open houses. No door knocking. No networking events. Whatever presence you had built, or had not built, was suddenly all you had.
That is when I began teaching this systematically, while living it for over a decade, not because it was new information, but because the need had become undeniable. The agents who had already built recognition before 2020 didn’t lose momentum. They gained it. When people became ready to buy or sell, they chose the agent they already trusted.
I Do Not Teach Agents How to Become Content Creators
Annett T. Block works with real estate agents who want to stop chasing leads that die on the vine and start attracting business from people who already know them through video-first warm audience building, retargeting, and consistent market presence.
When someone in your market is ready to buy or sell, they are not searching for an agent. They are calling the one they already feel like they know.
My work is to make sure that agent is you: to Be Seen. Be Trusted. Be Chosen.™

From Zero Recognition To Every Brokerage Knowing Their Name.
A brokerage entered the Pennsylvania market with zero local recognition. No community ties. No advertising history.
Within months of structured, consistent videos, they were on the radar of competing brokerages. Not through advertising volume, but through being seen, trusted, and chosen. The market began to see them before anyone wanted to make a decision.
That visibility did not just bring clients. It brought agents who wanted to join a brokerage people had already heard of.
“We were a new brokerage and in just a few months, Annett had us on every competing brokerage’s radar.”
-Anthony Porreca
I Spent the First Part of My Life Learning How to Disappear. I’ve Spent the Second Part Making Sure Good Agents Never Have To.
That’s not a metaphor I reached for to make a better pitch. It’s the actual throughline of my work: from a place where being seen was dangerous, to an industry where being unseen is what’s actually costing agents everything they’ve earned.
Be Seen. Be Trusted. Be Chosen.™ isn’t a framework I invented in a conference room. It’s the thing I know to be true from both directions.
What I Know to Be True About Market Recognition
Most agents are not invisible because they lack effort. They are invisible to the right people at the right time because there is no system reinforcing their presence consistently.
The agents who become seen, trusted, and chosen are not working harder. They built recognition before their market had a reason to compare them to anyone else.
One agent per market. That is not a policy. That is a marketing decision. Every market we work in belongs to one agent. There is no conflict of interest. There is no dilution of positioning support.
