Born and raised in Germany, she moved to South Florida in her early thirties, bringing with her a commitment to authenticity and a belief in the power of standing out.

She is proud to be a member of Real Estate Business Institute (REBI), Real Estate Buyers Agent's Council (REBAC), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), and the Broward, Palm Beach, and St. Lucie Board of Realtors.

Annett has expertise in and received designation as GREEN specialist, Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyers Specialist (ABR) and Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS).
