Billboard videos are 3 videos (at least start with one) that we bring to your community. Preferably these are live videos you do at least once a week, preferable 3 times. Shoot these videos in horizontal mode.

Keep your videos 3-5 mins at a time. Why 3-5 min videos? People will not buy their biggest investment in their lives from a 60 second video. What these videos do, they will position you as authority and give credibility to your buyer and seller in your market.
The first step you want to take is to write a description/ script to your first video. Next shoot the video and go live or post as described above.
