The 9 Activities Every Realtor Should Do

The 9 Activities We Are Doing To Build Our Pipeline With A-Deal-A-Day EVERYDAY And Realtor's Can Do This Too

Task 1. Before we started we did any of the task listed below and have our Facebook Profile and Facebook Business Page up and optimized so that everyone that comes to checks us out knows:

- who we are, 

- how we look

- what we do and

- how valuable we can be to THEM.

Task 2. Next we are going into 10 Facebook/ Linkedin groups where our ideal clients are hanging out, we browse the group’s newsfeed and find relevant posts where we can add value by answering relevant questions. That allows us to add 10-30 new QUALITY client opportunities to our friends list. If you want to do the same don’t get discouraged, not all will accept your friend request, just keep going. 

Task 3. To do our Facebook lives we don't go "Cold Turkey". We outline and prepare our FB LIVE Video a day ahead so that we are ready to go the next day providing intentional valuable and relevant content to connect with our audience and/ or Ideal Client Avatar!

Hack: Think about 15 pieces of content you can do and put them on post-it-notes, with a headline, why someone should watch the video and a CTA (Call To Action) written on them. Include 3 bullet points about what you want to talk about in the video. 

Task 4. We follow this checklist to prepare, write and shoot our Facebook Lives:

- Think about the content you want to create first

- Create an outline of your points

- Write out your headline

- Write out your promise of value

- Write out Your Introduction

- Write the exact text of your video title and description

- Decide on your CTA

- Create on-screen graphics or presentation (optional)

- Create your give away guide (if needed)

- Choose your outfit & accessories

- Schedule your Facebook Live event (or not)?

- Promote your Facebook live

Task 5: After planning out our video we spend some time in our newsfeed. We go and comment on at least 5 posts posted by our potential client opportunities, we go and reply to 5 comments on our own posts and connect with other people in our niche and that are not our direct competition for about 10 minutes. 

Task 6. We are going LIVE with the video we planned yesterday. We copy & paste our title and text from our video we planned out yesterday and put it into Video description and we are "Going LIve". If you are afraid of going "really live" there is a workaround with a software where you can upload your video and can schedule the video and it is posted as a live event. Now we are able to do all our videos at once and schedule them out. 😊 Check it out here (its an affiliate link so I may get some kickback) but it will make live videos much easier.

This is our video checklist to make it easier for you:

- Get camera ready’

- Think about your backdrop/background

- Center yourself

- Turn off all notifications, put your devices on flight mode

- Have your opening line ready

- Do a final mirror check

- Turn on all gear in plenty time

- Tech troubles can happen -it’s okay - remain calm!

Task 7. During our lives we are checking for comments in your lives and reply to every single comment. We also deliver our promised guide or checklist to everyone that raised their hands and start to ENGAGE in conversations with the people who have ask for them. 

(Don't just send them the cheat sheet, start a conversation with them. Did you notice they prepare for sale or look around the neighborhood and make recommendations? Did they post about an important life event? Find a way to get their attention) 

Task 8. On Live Videos that went well we do a “Resurrection Strategy” with the intention to go back and commenting on one of our older videos or posts. This will bump up our post right back into the newsfeed of our followers, allowing us to stay top of mind.

Task 9. And tomorrow we do it all over again by going back to Task 1...and round and round we go.
